Dear Luisa,
I absolutely believe that when we are drawn to a certain geographic location other than the place of our birth, it's due to past life ties.
The state where I live now may be only one state away from the state of my birth, but I love it so much more than where I was born. When I lived in other areas of the world, I always had a longing to go home - until I moved here. I have no doubt that I have ties to this area from a past life.
I visit places here that I have never been to before in this lifetime, and yet they are very familiar to me. It's like I know my way and can feel memories from the past there.
That is how you are with India, and how someone else reading this may be with England or Honduras, etc. Yes, Luisa, you have MANY past life ties to India and Indian culture.
You asked if anything will come of this attraction. Luisa, are you prepared to allow something to come of this attraction? Nothing comes knocking on our doors; we have to create what we want.
What do you want to come from this attraction to India? You can have as little or as much of it as you want. Do you want to live there? Do you want to marry an Indian man and take his customs and his ways? You are the one who chooses what comes next.
I created my move to this state. I chose it, and I asked the Universe to make it happen. Literally three weeks later, I was driving a moving van over 1,200 miles with one child, two cats and an entire household of stuff, dragging a car on a dolly behind us.
When you decide what you want, ask for it to happen, and know beyond a shadow of a doubt that you can have it, things will start to happen for you. Choose what you want, ask the Universe to deliver it, and be prepared to accept it when it comes!
While this may surprise some of you, one of my gurus is the great story teller Jimmy Buffett. He wrote a song about this very topic entitled I have Found Me a Home. In it he sings, There aren't many reasons I would leave, 'cause I have found me some peace. Yes, I have found me a home.
Sometimes we feel drawn to places where our souls find a peace that we don't feel elsewhere. It's only natural for us to feel drawn there and want to stay there. Your soul finds peace in India, for you feel at home and balanced there.

The combination of your love of India and your love of people from India, along with your birth date, absolutely convinces me that you've had not just one but several past lives in India.
Most Capricorns are on spiritual quests. Pre-Yule or Christmas week Capricorns are usually Angelic Spirits who have come to Earth to save others either physically or emotionally. They ask to live a human life in order to make things easier for others.
Post Yule or Christmas week Capricorns are often individuals with many past lives who are reborn in human form to live through whatever Karma they have created in other incarnations. Some of these people's earliest lives were in India, China, or some other location that was civilized in ancient times.
This is one explanation for your fascination with India. You feel at home there, and you long for that homey feeling when you're not there. Indian men feel more familiar to you than others, and their temperament probably suits yours better. The cultural differences don't worry you because they're deeply familiar on some level.
Should you choose to find a good past life regression therapist, be sure to record your sessions. I don't think you'll be surprised to discover that you've lived a number of past lives in India as various different kinds of people.
You've not only been Indian, but many other races living in or traveling through India. You've been married there many times, both as a husband and as a wife, so this would also explain your attraction to Indian men.
Your love of all things Indian now stems from your awareness that India makes you happy. This may be a subconscious knowledge that is just beginning to surface.
Pay particular attention to your dreams now, and remember that people in dreams are sometimes symbols of other people, places and things.
The only obstacles I see in the way of your desire to live there again are family members where you are living now. Post Yule Capricorns usually become the caretakers of elderly parents, siblings or friends, which can really tie them down.
As a Capricorn, you can't resist the rewards of caretaking. This is because you know that you can do a better job than others could.
Needy people are all around you, so before you get tied down, take some time to go to India and explore where your feelings are trying to take you.
